After Checkout you will receive your Order Confirmation email.

Once your order is processed, we will send you an email to confirm dispatch and advise you of the approximate delivery date. Occasionally, your style/size maybe temporarily out of stock, we will email you so you can confirm your requirements for your order.

The transit/delivery times, shown below, refer to business/working days and standard service is between 08.00-18.00hrs, Monday - Friday. Occasionally these times maybe extended due to events beyond our control: national holidays, local transport conditions, industrial action, geographical location, adverse weather conditions.

To assist you, delivery can be made to your works/business address.

Orders will be delivered by Carrier/Courier and will require a signature for parcel/order receipt at the delivery address

The Customs/Tax Bureau administration costs and Import Taxes vary widely with each country and therefore the payment of Customs Tax Duties/Import Charges for orders shipped to a country OUTSIDE of the EU is the sole responsibility of the Customer/Consignee.

In the event that the Customer/Consignee refuses payment of any Duty, Document Handling Fee, Import Fee or other cost demanded by the Custom/Tax Bureau or the local Shipping Agent and acceptance is refused by the Customer /Consignee and the Order/Consignment is subsequently returned to the UK/disposed of by the Customs/Tax Bureau, all such costs incurred by MAD42morrow Ltd relating to the refusal, the cost of the product(s),shipping and return shipping cost to the UK will be payable by the Customer/Consignee.
